Good morning Saturday!

I am so thankful that my back is feeling so much better. I think that Mondays visit to my sports Doc will make all the difference! I am dying to get back out there and train!! I am especially looking forward to using the new Underwater Audio Waterproof I might win!  They have such a great product for swim training...(and all sweaty, wet training!)
